The Image Library is the central repository for images relating to The Province of KwaZulu-Natal including Provincial Government activities, programs and services. All images are the property of the Office of the Premier (KZN) and can be used free of charge in the public domain. Images may NOT be redistributed to any third party for reselling. If an image is published the Office of the Premier (KZN) will need to be informed by the publisher of the usage and circulation of the image. Images contained in the library must not be used under any circumstance to state or imply the endorsement by either the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Government or The Office of the Premier or by any public sector employee of a commercial product, service or activity.Images contained in the library must not be used in conjunction with any material that is deemed to be misleading, defamatory, libellous, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful. The KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Government and/or The Office of the Premier reserves the right to withhold the use of any images in any circumstances in its absolute discretion.

NOTE: The images are JPEG files and are suitable for use in print publications (eg annual reports, information brochures, newsletters, reports, books, research and conference papers), on the web (eg Government websites, job advertisements, Government social media sites) and/or for promotional purposes (eg posters, billboards, display advertisements, CD-ROMs, videos and PowerPoint presentations).
